Mike Fleishman, Broker
Mike has been a member of the Virtual Office Realty team for over 10 years and brings a wide array of real estate knowledge and experience.
Mike has been a land developer both in Washington State and Mexico, worked in real estate lending, and ran the sales office at Snoqualmie Ridge.
He has extensive experience in major remodels to create value in homes and condominiums. He has been instrumental in getting Virtual Office Realty’s property management division up and operating. Most recently Mike has specialized in the very high-end rental markets in West Bellevue, Clyde Hill and Medina; he has also helped our clients rent condos, duplex’s and single-family homes in Bothell.
Anyone who works with Mike agrees that he has a dedicated “client first” approach to the way he handles his business and is known for talking clients out of buying properties he knows aren’t right for them. But when it is right, he’ll work tirelessly to make sure his clients get the home!
Barb began her career in the real estate industry thirty plus years ago gaining unparalleled experience in mortgage banking, title and escrow. Barb is a seasoned transaction coordinator with experience encompassing retail, commercial, bank owned and auction properties. Barb’s customer service skills have earned her awards and Employee of the Year at Stewart Title Company.
Barb was raised in the Pacific Northwest and is a graduate of Stadium High School (known as The Castle and for the movie 10 Things I Hate About You). Her love of music allowed her a coveted position with the Stadium High School band and a memorable trip to Europe to compete with bands from around the world.
Barb’s hobbies are collecting antique glass, gardening, hiking and camping. An avid reader and movie buff, lives in Graham with her fiancé Ron and 4 beloved dogs.

Casey grew up in Sammamish, and graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in English Literature. Recently certified as a real estate broker, she is passionate to serve those around her locally. Her previous work includes producing a documentary on international children’s rights and working alongside universities and NGO's to promote family-based care. Her outgoing personality and strong communication skills make her a great fit for our team. In her spare time, Casey enjoys serving at her church, running long distance, and spending time with family and friends.
